What is medical training and what benefits does it bring?
The goal of movement therapy is to improve fitness and eliminate pain and strain resulting from prolonged sitting or injuries. Sessions conducted by our physiotherapists help rebuild muscle strength and improve the range of motion, helping to avoid recurring pain and injuries.
Who is medical training for?
It is primarily dedicated to individuals who experience chronic pain. Our specialty is working with office workers who spend many hours sitting and whose bodies need movement. Medical training is also highly effective for people dealing with rheumatic diseases, where controlled exercise is essential.
What does a medical training session look like?
The session begins with an interview, assessment of physical condition, and analysis of movement patterns. We also establish common goals with the patient that are to be achieved through training. Then, our physiotherapist selects the appropriate exercises, gradually increasing the intensity over time. It’s important to emphasize that the physiotherapists at Got Ur Back continuously monitor progress and make adjustments to the exercise plan to maximize training effectiveness. This approach ensures that therapy delivers expected results while minimizing the risk of injury.
Prevention of injury recurrence
Movement therapy often complements manual therapy and also serves a preventive function. By strengthening muscles and learning to use the body more effectively, patients can maintain therapeutic results for a longer period. As a result, this training allows them to enjoy greater freedom of movement in everyday life without worrying about a quick recurrence of discomfort.
